You'll have to learn French first, Monsieur. I think it'd be a better idea to go to Japan. |

Yeah I need to learn French first.
Yup Japan is the place I'm hoping to go to, then I'll buy authentic manga. |

@Urd: So are all of your manga are French? (Except I see an ADV and a TOKYOPOP.) I just wanted to say that the French really know how to make their manga covers look nice. But I'm especially referring to those in your third picture: Death Note, Aqua, and Chobits.

All of my manga aren't in French, I have a lot of manga in English (Genshiken, Golgo 13, Lupin III...) and Japanese (School Rumble, Cross Game, Touch, Glass no Kamen...) but you can't see all of them on the pictures.
Many French covers are actually exact copies of Japanese covers, that is the case for Aqua/Aria for instance. If you like French covers, that's because original versions are good. Japanese and French covers are different from American covers because they/we use double covers, they can make a good work on the second cover. I have to say I actually don't like your covers but what's important is what is inside. |

Neat manga collection, and even nicer desk. Oh, how I long for dual flatscreen monitors.... Is that Death Note that's cut off in the second close-up picture? I can't tell. |

Yes you are right, I added another picture. As far as the duel screens go I have to admit I love them. They are 20.1" Samsung SyncMaster 204B. |

wow, how do you keep them stacked like that an ever so straight? If I tried that, they're all topple over.
Nice Collection though. |

Ooh, I love Planetes! Shame the Tokyopop logo changed, I absolutely hate when they do that... |

Ya me too, even some of my Priest are like that. Vol 8 & 11. It kinda throws the look of the stacks out I wish they kept it the same. |

I loathe all the logo changes, too. I think what makes it worse is that TokyoPop's logo is such a hideous bright red that you can't help but notice it on the spines. It makes me cringe a bit because I'm OCD when I have series that make the logo change during their initial print run. But it just looks bad in general.
