Hello everyone.
I'm looking for great mangas!
The ones I'm readin now are:
Mahou Sensei Negima - The very best manga. It's got it all, Comedy, Seriouness, Awesome fights, a great story.
Bleach - The Manga is good, a bit boring from time to time, but its good.
Rurouni Kenshin - I loved the anime, so now Im readin the manga.
Fairy Tail - This manga is awesome, got alot of magic!
I just love Mahou Sensei Negima. It's the best manga I've read so far. So, it'd be awesome if there is another series that's like this one
I'm lookin for a serious manga with alot of magic(I just love when there's great areal magic that goes BOOM), supernatural things, a good story and it'd be fun if it was in another world, but it would work in this world as well ;p. The genres I don't want is science fiction... But rather, from middle age to modern era The series might be spiced with a lil bit comedy, but still, no comedy series .
Sincerily

I would say Monster but don't know if it'll fit your criteria.
It's definitely one of the best manga/anime out there BUT no comedy whatsoever. Just very realistic and serious and bloody good. That or the author's other series "20th century boys"
Fullmetal Alchemist would probably fit your list.
It's got.. well alchemy so that fits your supernatural/magic requirement. It's definitely got a bit of comedy but still a serious series and ... hey it's another great series altogether.
Glad you're reading Kenshin though, seeing as the anime didn't cover the 3rd arc.
EDIT: OMGosh how could I forget.
Miyazaki's Nausicaa and the valley of the wind
Can't say many have read it... it is fairly old ;P
But it's a must read for any manga lover!!!
Depending which ver you have, the first-second books areeee a bit boring and hard to get through (the parts similar to the movie) but get through those parts and ... you'll thank me~ haha

If you like Fairy Tail, then try One Piece. They're very similar, similar art-style, and similar mix of action and comedy. It's tons of fun, and it fits what you're looking for:alternate world, not in modern times, and fantasy(ish).

If you like Bleach, you really should try Naruto.

The availability will disappoint you, guaranteed. Finding certain volumes of FireFighter requires either huge amounts of luck or huge amounts of cash...

Naruto is an obvious choice, but Inu Yasha fits the "middle age to modern" better and gives you more fanservice (you read Negima, so I'll just assume...).
D. Gray-man is another popular shounen series.
Claymore is a rather serious series compared to what you've read so far, but it's a solid and grim fantasy story once it gets going.
Fullmetal Alchemist is one of the best shounen series (if not manga in general) out there, but the series gets very dark later on. If you want to see goodguys die, don't read this.
If you don't want a series that has the potential to reach a length of 50+ volumes and want to try something shorter, Chrono Crusade could be what you're looking for.

Lots of people have already suggested Fullmetal Alchemist, but since it fits exactly what you're looking for I will as well, there's also Shakugan No Shana, DNAngel and also if you're alright with reading scanslations you might want to try Kuroshitsuji and Beelzebub.

Bastard!! - It's a swords-and-sorcery fantasy adventure, with plenty of monsters and explosive magic. A bit D&D like, really. It at times has a raucous, baudy sense of humor, and occasionally gets a little serious. It's got a bit of sex, not just heaps of panties and nipple-less nudity like Negima, though, so be warned.

I would also suggest D. Gray-Man although it might be a little too comedy oriented. For supernatural types of occurences though I will recommend two other series that people have not mentioned. They delve into the supernatural sense and also carry with them a little comedy oriented material, but stay true to their stories at hand. The first would be Hellsing, which is one of the best vampire manga series I have read yet. The other would be Kurohime, which dives into using magic and all. The story is also somewhat touching, and I believe worth your read.

something near to the genre of Mahou Sensei Negima that i know is Mx0 (with magic, comedy, fanservice, romance and all that).
One Piece is kinda like Fairy Tail (I even thought Fairy Tail is another series by the same mangaka lol!)
manga:
Mx0's about some guy who failed the entrance exam in a school (well he doesn't know it was a school of magic), and accidentally became a "special student" in the academy. Of course, trouble ensues
Check out Pretty Face too (same mangaka).
manga turned anime (i prefer manga though ):
Girls Bravo or Rosario x Vampire
