It'd be nice if they used the time to create an Atlus branch in Europe so that we stop being the goddamn bottom-of-the-barrel part of the fandom.

Moving offices out of San Francisco should save them some money. I have heard that real estate in that area is some of the most expensive in the U.S.

Also I love how "offering early retirement packages" is now the new phrase for "laid off".

From what I've heard in Japan they don't really "lay people off" like they do here. Instead of giving you a pink slip and telling you to leave, Japanese businesses will instead put you in "a seat by the window" and slowly shame you into quitting. These early retirement packages are basically an ultimatum: Accept our deal and leave or we'll do our best to make the rest of your time in this company hell.

There was a pretty decent article about this practice in the New York Times a few years ago if you want to check it out.

Good riddance.

Okay no, I spoke out of anger. There's a lot of cool people who work at SEGA (for some real dumbasses unfortunately) and some of them will probably be at e3 helping promote 3rd party stuff.

Aren't Sega publishing Persona 5?

I hope that'll show up at E3 somehow. Maybe a trailer for Sony's press conference.

I've played both, and yeah I liked colors and really enjoyed Generations but after that we've got Lost world which sucked and then we've got Sonic boom which I won't harp on Sonic team for that one because they didn't make that one.

Not attending E3 doesn't say much really, isn't Valve attending for the first time ever this year?

To me this is not shocking i mean if it was TGS id be like Surprised but it's E3. Since saga has nothing they care to bring out in NA/EU why be there? we all know we will have to beg for ever to get Yakuza 0 or PSO2 or anything good by them (not looking at you sonic) so meh.

Meh if they have nothing to show then why bother showing up. Let them move and restructure and hopefully the company will get its shit together sometime soon.
