It appears that anything vampire related falls under the "goth" category. So, whenever I think of both genres, "Dance in the Vampire Bund" comes to mind. Gothic? Check. Vampires? Check. A Lolita? Bonus (if you're in that sort of thing). Not sure if it meets the TOP 5 criteria but most of the options listed here don't.

If you want to go the other direction, there is a contender for the least goth vampire show: the horribly named "Actually, I Am… ", with it's very nice high school girl, who walks in daylight and almost never shows her wings and is quite shy.
