Keep in mind that Kallen's probably been with C.C for an entire year... also she called Lelouch's cell after Nunally speech...

you have a point there she was probably going to ask him that when she found him. The hole about to take mind altering drugs thing kinda distracted her. I think it will come up in the next episode. Also i think that soon things are going to start tying together. Also based on what he said to the other people in the student council do you think that he will soon leave ashford and begin his crusade in full force. i have a feeling that what he said there at the end means that he is about to do something thats crazy but with him it usualy works.

Just ranting...
At this stage of the show I think it would be bad writing if Lelouch ends up with C.C, not that I don't support that pairing.. actually that was the one I wanted the most after season 1... but I just think it would be bad writing if they build Kallen up for the first half of this season and than like the first season make her character passive in the second half while C.C gets the story and Lelouch developments. I'm not shipping for Kallen or C.C since I like both of their characters a lot and I honestly wouldn't mind if Lelouch ended up with either one.. or both! They both make more sense than say Shirley by far... sorry Shirley fans.. Anyway aside from C.C and Lelouch development coming to a crashing halt in favor of Lelouch and Kallen. Her also being immortal isn't a good sign for the pairing even if Lelouch has feelings for her. I can only really think of one immortal/human pairing that actually happened off the top of my head.. and that's the El Hazard OVA. If they go with a Lelouch and C.C thing I'm expecting a bittersweet ending to that... Also I'm curious to see what the condition she wants fulfilled for her contract is.. maybe to become mortal? To finally die after living for who knows how long? |

I kind of agree that at this stage I don't feel that LuluXCC would work that well.. and Shirley; ha ha no. Apart from anything else, I can't see Lelouch being able to be with Shirley what with the memories surrounding spoiler[the incedent he caused that led to her father's death.]
Personally, I'm a Kallen fan anyway; I find her by far the most intriguing of the female characters in this series. I find it amusing that neither of the two people highest up the chain of the rebelling Nipponjin are actually Japanese. Excluding Toudou. In any case, I'm awaiting spoiler[Lelouch's apology to Kallen, and any development that happens thereafter.] |

The one problem with Lelouch is that he has never realy shown any feelings of love for anyone other than, one nunnaly and two euphie when he shot her, third would be that bit in gawains copit with cc and other than that pass he made at kallen he realy hasn't shown himself to be much of a romantic though that may change.
He seems to have more on his mind than a romance since he is fermenting war and all out rebellion And yes shirly is pritty much window dressing right now |

Don't forget that there have been some subtle LuluXC.C. developments as well that show that C.C. is increasingly becoming more open in displaying her caring for Lelouch. I think that the anime staff intend to explore the one-sided attraction of each girl first before moving into the plot of Lelouch warming up to one of them.
It might be just me, but the first season gave me some KallenXSuzaku vibes and I came across two or three official arts that featured them standing next to each other. I'm not saying it's a conclusive proof that Kallen will get over Lelouch at some point and fall for Suzaku, but we can only speculate if things somehow didn't work out between her and Lulu.
I won't be too surprised if the series ended with Lelouch somehow finding a way to break C.C.'s curse of immortality and recurring death. I just hope that they reveal her terms of the contract by the end of this season, as well as the mystery surrounding Marriane's death and how C.C. knows her. |

Much as I would like to see Lelouch and Kallen get together, I think it would be absolutely awesome if Kallen ended up with Suzaku. How that would happen I'm not sure; but it would be awesome nonetheless. I think CC has been more openly affectionate towards Lelouch, for sure; but I think that Lulu doesn't see her in the same way; for example, him referring to her as a witch. I can't see it happening myself - but who knows. As you say, we can only speculate. |

I hate Suzaku, I don't want him to end up with anyone. But I think right now he has the biggest chance with Nunally-- the only way he has a shot with Kallen is 1.) one of them switches sides (VERY not likely) 2. this ends happily and they get together later, in which case I don't think we'd see much development (also not likely), or 3.) the most likely case, one of them gets taken captive by the other team
 Even then, I doubt either would be willing to betray their respective causes to "run away to together." Conclusion: not gonna work.
I was wondering recently if Lelouch can somehow improve his Geass powers-- I remember C.C. saying that you can expand the boundaries of your Geass, as Mao did (to the point of causing him insanity). Maybe then Lelouch would have no limits and things could get really scary

Don't forget about LeLou x Rolo -- some of those scenes in ep 7 seemed custom-made for slashfic writers
 But the real less of ep 7: you may be able to command a terrorist/rebel army, but that doesn't mean you won't fail with the ladies It is nice to see Nunally taking a more active role now, after she spent the first series in damsel-in-distress mode.

Well, someone else already pointed to something that seems to confirm he's alive, but I've thought for a couple episodes that Orange-kun is the one in the OP when they start shouting "I continue to fight" in English.
Lulu should go get some love advice from Kaguya, she's on the right track.
But what type of caring is somewhat ambiguous and I think it leans more toward motherly than that of lovers. Besides, she keeps mentioning the whole pact thing, whatever that may entail. But I'm not seeing much in the way of romantic interest from her. And while Lulu has shown some signs of romantic affection towards Kallen and maybe a bit towards Shirley in season one, I don't recall him ever showing much interest in C.C. as anything other than a partner in destruction. I really can't see a Lulu x C.C. ending. Besides, Lulu has such an imouto complex, he's more likely to end up with Nunally than anyone else. Except maybe Rollo.

Given that kaguya is the little girl from kyoto group and keeps saying she's his fiancie i don't think that help from her will be useful or forthcoming second is that he hasn't spent a lot of time with the knights. he's been at the school a lot because he had to hid his id but now he has that under control we realy don't knwo what he's up to now

Really? To me CC seems to be throwing some jealous vibes, and the whole "don't worry, I'll be here for you, you won't have to be alone" thing in the end of the last season. As for would Lulu go for her..? I think Lulu would sleep with her own (dead) mother if it helped him with his goals. |

Everytime he looks at Shirley is probably just a guilt trip at the moment. I doubt they will really develop it much, but she is definitely still due for one major event before she dies/fades back into the background.

I would agree; given that we don't know what happened with the spoiler[piece of paper she wrote in her diary revealing Zero's identity], I'd say she still has her part to play. I figure that her spoiler[memory got erased, but physical evidence is physical evidence. If she still had the piece of paper that has, written in her handwriting, "Lelouch is Zero", then that would also bring up questions about where all her memories went wouldn't it? She'd probably remember something like that.] They kind of swept that whole thing under the carpet in season 1 but I always wanted to know if they were actually going to do something about it or not. |
