Hello,I collected all titles listed in that encyclopedia and have got 6815 titles including TV, OVA and Film. I realized that there must be some overlapping titles when I saw 3582 anime titles at: animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/index.php.
Where can I get a listing of the 3582 animes?I am afraid that my time does not allow me to do a check on the 6815 works and kick out those duplicates. Thanks!!! |

No duplicates, but it does contain all the 197 not anime but related. Also, the first 4 titles in the list are duplicates marked for deletion (they have a * in front of them), so ignore them. |

There are many entries that have alternate names listed. Those alternate titles are in italics.

i have one more question: i used the list you suggested, deleted the first four and got 3753 animes (including ONAs). 3753-197(not anime but related)=3556 but the page i mentioned in the first post said there are 3582, how come ? |

3753 - 197 (not anime but related) + 22 (omnibus) + 4 (to be deleted) = 3582
So, 3753 is right...for now. Probably won't be by the end of the week, though. However, the link above is a query. Just run it each time you want to get an updated list. |
