Well I've recently been wandering around looking for a new anime to check out that I might find interesting. The problem is most of the titles out I don't know anything about. I've seen a decent amount of anime most of which I enjoyed. However the ones that struck me as totaly amazing are as follows in order of best to...least best heh
Elfen Lied, Serial Experiments Lain, Gunslinger girl, Chobits (manga was better), Princess mononoke, Negima (can't remember the full name at the moment), Hack//sign, and Full metal alchemist
Elfen Lied is by far my favorite.
If anyone out there knows any that possibly fall into the type of thing i might like then please let me know.
Thanks

Ai Yori Aoshi and Saikano are both so different, but two that I also enjoy.
Ai Yori Aoshi and AYA Enishi are more along the lines of Love Hina, and are an unfortuante addiction of mine. No real violence, cute characters, simple story line, etx.
Saikano is more Elfen Lied in nature. I actually watched both back to back in full. More depth in the plot, much harder to walk away from until you have seen the whole thing.
