I'm not too sure what to think about this. Might give it a try I guess.

I find it kinda funny that there seems to be barely any hype for Naruto movie being screened in the US for the time in years yet a Dragon Ball Z movie gets a freakin read carpet premier in LA.

I bought the Japanese boxes of Gargantia (they have English subtitles), but I also thought about buying Viz's release to show my support and the possibility of a good dub.

But from the names on the cast I can recognize, it does not seem very impressive to me. I suppose my purchase of the domestic release will also depend on the video quality and packaging.

im rly looking forward to road to ninja actually! but im not sure how the aug 23rd release will fit in with the timeline of the Dub. it might be a little early.

Rock Lee spin off was a lot of fun as a sub! So id be interested in it as a Dub as well =)

Already watched it subbed so I look forward to watching dubbed.

"The series will premiere on Neon Alley in October."

Then why does their schedule say July 18th. Now I'm confused.

Matthew Mercer as Chamber

Now this is interesting. Tomokazu Sugita voiced Alvin in Tales of Xillia while Mercer provided the dub voice. Sugita voiced Chamber in the Japanese version and Mercer is doing the dub voice. This reminds me of how Kirk Thornton voiced opposite of Ginpei Sato for both Jin in Samurai Champloo and Saix/Isa in Kingdom Hearts.

Road to Ninja, Hell yeah! Are they going to premiere the sub or the dub in theaters? Might actually consider going to this one! Kushina has a substantial speaking role!

Cassandra is adorable, so I'm fine with that casting choice.

yet looks like another shitty dub that I rather prefer reading the subs than making my ears bleed. *sigh*

I think that refers only to the dub premiere starting in October, likely one per week.

That Naruto movie is one of the better ones since it's an alternate version of reality rather than a filler story mashed in between canon plot points. Well, it's still filler, but doesn't effect their world the same way. Shame they couldn't slip episode 271 where we find out what happened to the other reality's Sakura into the disc as a bonus. By the time the episode hits DVD it wont be as timely.

They started releasing these shorter anime complete now(Blood Lad most recently). Their own schedule says the entire show dubbed will be released on July 18th. They also say it on their blog that its coming out this month.
Maybe the October date is for the DVD/Blu-ray.
