While we're on the topic of Code Geass, was that other manga placed on hiatus or was it cancelled, and why? Also, has there been any update of the Akito OVAs aside from it being on indefinite hiatus?

If you're talking about Renya, it finished last year. Akito is still delayed. Most likely will air at the end of the year.
