direct sequel to Psone Digimon World 1? I saw Machinedramon/Mugendramon there so will the last boss Analogman returns? Surprised

compared to Re:digitize this is more faithful to Digimon World 1

Digimon Story Cybersleuth is a Digimon Story game, not a Digimon World game. Bandai of America relabeled the earlier Story games with the World brand, but it remains to be seen if that will be the case with the American version of Cybersleuth.

So, yeah, if you take off "World", then yes, Cybersleuth is the latest Digimon game.

the only Digimon game that i beat was Digimon World on the PSone with metalgreymon

the games after it was horrible (2-4).. actually they were all horrible (1-4)

now looking back i'm amazed that i actually beat the first game..

since now i have no interest what so ever in these games..unless they change the gameplay

i think in the 4th they turned it into some rpgs..

story- is not a strong point of digimon games..

Persona did well with their monsters.. so.. maybe take a hint from them?..

i'm a sucker for game/anime/movie with transforming.. so i'll pick up digimon again if it's something that is enjoyable to play
