I just now noticed how the design style of the MS frames in the IBO universe give our main mech a disctinctive wolf-like nuance through the shape of its limbs. I wonder if it was deliberate. Shocked

It might be the last number of episodes explained why mobile suits but more specifically the gundams themselves were created spoiler[Fully automated Mobile Armors wiping out humanity so the mobile suits were created to fight back against them. The gundams specifically were made to kill Mobile Armors. So Barbatos whole purpose in it's creation is to hunt down Mobile Armors. So it being designed to have wolf like appearance makes sense.]

Well its called barbatos lupus... so yeah pretty sure it's intentional.
