Oh, God. XDDD It's too bad I'm on an iPhone... There are ways around this, but I wish they'd hurry up and devise a system so that iPhone users can also receive those wallpaper bonuses.

Actually it's a sign board (shikishi), not a "picture."

You're right, those boards don't always have pictures... Thanks for pointing this out.
