I would have thought they got Itazan for Zangief and Daigo for Guile as the SF series players since those two were in a High Score Girl promo video in Japan on WarnerBro's youtube channel.
I guess we know the reason for the CG now (the arcade scene and cabinets) and at least he admitted the downsides of its use. But ultimately it didn't bother me for this title. One thing I'm curious about are the mid-show sponsor segments that are integrated into the show i.e. starring the characters and in the same setting. I guess the delay from 2013 to its current release date allowed them to update these commercial segments to a few current games (SF 30th anniversary collection and SNK Heroines). But what I'd like to know is why do these segments only appear on the TV broadcast and not the streaming version? It seems integrated into the show and not so much a separate commercial. |
