Is it safe to say that pretty much all the arcs passed s1 are all going to be movie adaptations?

TBH this series has been on a pretty steady downhill trend since the finale of the Dreaming Girl Arc.
The author chose to completely skip his senior year of High School and jump straight to College. This pretty much writes off several characters that carried the plot up to this point, and unfortunately no replacements to carry it forward.
Adolescence is over, yet the following books just feel like they are dragging it on and on. Book 11 Nightingale really started to feel like the author was stretching the premise, Book 12 somehow managed to be even worse trying to go back to High School and IMO a highly questionable Student.
I hope Book 13 wraps it, as its become long in the tooth at this point.
For the TLDR folks..
Stop at Book 7 "Dreaming Girl"
