This was only made to appease people who are heavily invested in the game. It was obvious from the start that the story was secondary to getting the supporting cast on screen as soon as possible.

Sometimes only one episode is necessary to determine if watching more to form an opinion is warranted. This seems to have been one of those and glad I didn't go for the full three-episode test. When the Heroine is clueless and only exists as a magic battery to get the "pretty boys" going in the first episode, it betrays a very poor understanding of how to build an interesting story. Some might say "it had nowhere to go but up" but they were wrong...

Fully agree, also some of the voice acting or actors like Snow and White sound so stupid and contrite. Tone was bad, pitch bad, inflection bad, and it was so stupid. I thought it was a reverse harm romcom...What a mistake I made.

Yeah, everything about this anime just screamed "This is based on a mobile gacha game and we're cramming in as many characters as possible so you'll watch it for a glimpse of your husbando, also please buy our merch".
