Oh hey. The dub sounds good! They all pretty much sound like their Japanese equivalents. Can't wait to see this in theaters again!

Dub actually sounds decent, so I think I will make an effort to see this in February. Can't wait! Looks good.

I pulled a little double-take at the Jónsi song in the background! Cannot wait for this film; I have my fingers crossed that it'll show in theaters close by.

Awesome, I look forward to people complaining about Disney, a multi-billion dollar corporation, legally distributing and financially backing a Ghibli movie now.

Really though, I am excited to see this in theaters. While I'm the kinda person who loves dubs, I will admit, I prefer Ghibli movies in Japanese (cause while I support a company like Disney backing up Ghibli, I think their dubs are just alright). But hell, I'll happily watch it in theaters, even if it is dubbed, cause it sounds pretty decent so far Smile

I do kinda wonder if the American DVD release will have the UK dub as well, I do kinda wanna hear that

Question Lolwut? What makes you think people are gonna randomly start complaining about it now? Disney's been doing this for years; anybody who has a problem with it has most likely either accepted it or gotten over it by now. Rolling Eyes

Bridjit Mendler sounds very similar to Cherami Leigh...

I'm not too fond of it but I'll probably come around...

Great trailer, though I think I slightly prefer Arrietty's UK voice...

I don't know if I'll get to a theater for this but since it's Disney I'm pretty sure it will show up on Starz (which is where I saw Ponyo). If it's as good as the trailer makes it look I'll buy it if/when it comes out on BD.

I can't believe Bridgit Mendler is the manin char, I love her!!

Can't wait for this.

Me and my wife will definitely be seeing this in theatres. (Ghibli films are the only anime she'll watch.)

Can't wait.

My big wish is that they will include the English(uk) dub.

---but I'll be happy in any case.

Just watched the trailer for the U.K. dub again and found myself preferring it over the N.A. dub. I'll still see the movie when it is released in theatres in February next year, but the BD version I decide to buy is still a toss in the air. Depends on what extras are included with each version (U.K. versus N.A.). I suspect Disney will be putting the same marketing and distribution effort into this as they did Spirited Away. Not sure why Disney felt there was a need to expand the title, though.

I know it got good reviews, but I'm not terribly excited about it. Does interesting stuff actually happen, or is it just a bunch of running around? At least now I know which 80s cartoon this movie reminds me of again, though. That was such a pain in the ass to find.
