I expect if it's Nico Nico doing this we in the West won't be able to see it. I'm tired of them advertising something only to region block it elsewhere.. makes the announcement pointless IMO.

NicoNico region blocks the US? I've never had a problem accessing stuff on there before and I'm referring to the Japanese site.

I guess they figured they could get away with quoting Scarface, since so many rappers already do.

All the time.. I usually have the misfortune of finding the live feeds that are region blocked.. must be my luck to always be the one to find stuff that is not viewable

Anyone noticed that the ad for this event show footage of Gensei from the Dragon of Doom TV Special at around 0:22 of the video? Least to me it looked like him with the scar on his face, course it's been a while since I last saw that TV special.
