Nijisanji really should go after the stalker that doxxed Vox instead of going after chill Vtubers that cover negative news in their company that occured or just have some clickbaity titles/thumbnails which don't even violate YTs terms of service.
Did anyone notice that everything surrounding Nijisanji was eerily chill yesterday, like no drama at all. Also, Zaion is probably more fit for Phase Connect over Niji due to her humor, I just hope she doesn't get terminated, because far worse has been done by their talents and they got similar or lighter punishments. |

I hope that gets sorted quickly. It's hardly the first time a Japanese company has done something like that under the guise of copyright, and unfortunately, it's far too easy for the system on youtube to be misused like that. |

The problem was that those news channels should have never talked about Vox's situation, as that would put him in danger. And it doesn't help that some of their information of drama stuff was false. Some stuff is not meant to be covered and some need hard truths than getting their info from rumor mills.

It's newsworthy and had the right to be covered, it didn't have the doxxing information shown for starters, so it was fair use and legal. Niji is still in the wrong, it and it doesn't explain why more than 10 videos are being flagged for copyright and not just the Vox coverage. I think they are trying to cover up any negativity no matter how newsworthy and important to cover it is like they are a shady idol agency. |

Just because it doesn't have doxxing information doesn't mean that one should cover it, as that is publicizing that info for people to find. That's beyond journalism to tabloid stuff for clicks and dismissing the safety for the vtuber.
For the other stuff, some stuff is speculation and not confirmed so shouldn't be covered. But other than that, the rest of the "negativity" should be covered. Basically he should be safe, good or bad, if the reporting is accurate and truthful. Don't think Nijisanji has a case for some of those vids. |
