To elaborate, this is how Manga Plus translates the pun. Yen Press's version literally translates the original title of "genius child actor who can cry in ten seconds" and makes Ruby's mangling "genius child actor with cryogenics". From what I've read from people who've seen the theatrical version of episode 1, it shows an imaginary picture of Kana licking baking soda, so God only knows how HIDIVE's gonna handle it.
