I don’t like the artstyle since SF4. I don’t need the characters to look like the ones in Dead or Alive, but at least make characters with some style and with different bodytypes. Just look at Chun Li, she looks scary!

and the innovative idea of using different types of fighting moves like hurricane kicks or uppercuts to navigate various areas on the map is quite impressive for a fighting game.
Like Subspace Emissary?

She looks fine considering the still lingering feelings over her MvCI face. Also style is subjective as these games have had designs with style and different body types hello Rufus

While I have no particular interest in SF6 on its own merits, I'm very glad that Capcom is actually putting effort into single player content, and hope that others in the genre decide to follow suit.

This is the best Chun-Li has looked in a 3D game, and this is the best most of the SF cast has looked in ages, specially after how ugly SFV was. I don't know what the hell you're talking about.

Being better than SFV is not a high bar to be fair....

I think the series jumped the shark design and art wise when it went 3D in general. The proportions and shading just look really odd no matter what. I miss the 2D stuff. Would love to see a cel-shaded style similar to Guilty Gear or DBZF that channels their original 2D designs though

It's nice to see single player content. Main issue fighting games have is the lack of content in them, especially for those who don't care about competitive.

Depending on who you ask the series would’ve arguably jumped the shark with Turbo/New Challengers, The Alpha series, or 3.
