AI is quickly becoming more reviled than even the most overdone fad. The mere mention of it causes groans and expectations of low quality.

Remember when companies made stuff that consumers actually wanted, instead of just bombarding consumers with cheap crap in an attempt to force us to accept it?

It's reassuring that people vote with their wallet and prove that they're ok with ai, no matter how loudly internet people rage in comment sections.

It's continually wild to see people standing up for "art" that no one cared enough to make. These people just consume things and don't care anything about it. How empty.

These companies one again being as depraved and artistically bankrupt as possible to promote generated slop over the actual art they distribute. This is quite dystopian, but few people want this, so at least there will be backlash. It's disgusting how low they'll go for short term profit, and potentially ruin their industry further.

The pushback this garbage gets is reassuring to me. There are still a lot of people out there who actually care about art.

They're hoping that, by continuously shoving AI down our throats that we'll eventually just give in. But I won't. I never will. Because if we continue to fight against it, or at least not engage with it, all this AI bullshit is eventually going to blow up in their faces. Maybe that seems unrealistic, but I'm an optimist.

This is a bad idea on so many levels. I don't want AI animated products.

If (God forbid) we ever get to that point, then my answer is okay, I'll just stop consuming anything new. There's already more entertainment out there than I could get to in a dozen lifetimes. That'll be more than enough for me. And there will always be truly creative people who will produce art for the sake of doing so and share it with the world.

I feel similarly. I mean, a lot of us have massive backlogs of entertainment that we don't have the time to get thru. So, if nothing else, we'll always have that to fall back on.

DISGUSTING. This will be blatant art theft.

Tbh, there may be a "side note" to the whole, it was successful thing, which is that even if a few people viewed it, it can still make decent amount of money just because the cost is pretty low. Its basically lowering down the cost and lowering the amount of revenue it needs to make to go green
