Love Live! School Idol Festival Game App Sales Dip

Sales for Bleach -Brave Souls- game app also down

KLab published its third quarter (July-September) balance sheet on Monday, revealing that sales from its Love Live! School Idol Festival game app dropped during the month of September. In addition, in-game item sales from its Bleach -Brave Souls- game app have also declined since August.

The drop in both games' sales contributed to a low earnings forecast and a drop in KLab's stock prices following the release of the report. However, KLab's overall operating profit during the third quarter saw an increase from last year.

Bushiroad and KLab released the Love Live! School Idol Festival rhythm action and adventure game in English on iOS and Android devices in May 2014.

The Love Live! franchise has inspired two television anime series, as well as a film on June 13. The franchise also includes manga, CDs, books, card games, radio performances, and live events.
