Fate/Extra's Red Saber Has One Too Many Fingers

The sixth and final volume of the Fate/Extra manga hit stands today, and there's something not quite right about the cover image.
It appears to be an error that was never caught in time. It's not just the preview image; the finger made its way to the printer, as well;

The added irony of being the sixth volume of a manga called Fate/Extra may be a little too much.
The manga, which is published by Kadokawa, adapts Type-Moon's Fate/Extra PlayStation Portable dungeon role-playing game. It launched in Comptiq in 2011.
