Teekyū Director Shin Itagaki Animate Glay's Music Video

Director Shin Itagaki (Teekyū, Gurren Lagann Parallel Works) teamed with GLAY's Hisashi (Ace of Diamond, Kaikan Phrase) to produce an animated music video for the new single "Kanojo wa Zombie" (She's a Zombie). The concept was envisioned by Hisashi who asked the style to mimic Studio Trigger director Hiroyuki Imaishi (Kill la Kill, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt).
The music video is one of four premiering on Wednesday on the video distribution site GYAO! to promote the band's new single "G4・IV." The band's official YouTube channel began streaming a one-minute preview for the music video on Monday.
Shin Itagaki has directed the past six seasons of Teekyū and is helming the show in its seventh season currently airing in Japan and is signed on to direct the spin-off Usakame this year.
