A3! Male Actor-Raising Game Gets Stage Play, Reveals Cast

Stage play runs in June-July, with returning run in October-November

Liber Entertainment's A3! male actor-raising smartphone game is inspiring a stage play adaptation titled Mankai Stage A3! ~Spring & Summer 2018~). The play will run at The Galaxy Theater in Tokyo from June 28 to July 8, at the Kyoto Gekijō from July 13 to 16, and again at The Galaxy Theater from October 26 to November 4.

The cast includes:

Spring Troupe:

  • Ryūgi Yokota as Sakuya Sakuma
  • Hikaru Makishima as Masumi Usui
  • Yūki Maekawa as Tsuzuru Minagi
  • Toshiki Tateishi as Itaru Chigasaki
  • Yamato Furuya as Citron

Summer Troupe:

  • Shō Jinnai as Tenma Sumeragi
  • Yū Miyazaki as Yuki Rurikawa
  • Jun Noguchi as Muku Sakisaka
  • Reo Honda as Misumi Ikaruga
  • Tomoru Akazawa as Kazunari Miyoshi


Fumiya Matsuzaki is directing the play, with a script by Shinjirō Kameda. Yu of vague is composing the music. Umebō is handling choreography.

The A3! game debuted for smartphones in January 2017, reaching two million downloads only a month after its debut. The game features four male actor groups, each themed after a particular season. Players take the role of the producer, and is responsible for raising the performance skills of their group.
