Anime Limited Announces Home Release Date Changes

Anime Limited announced changes to two of its home release dates on its X/Twitter feed. The Steelbook Blu-ray edition of The Place Promised in Our Early Days (pictured right) and the Collectors Blu-ray edition of Otaku Elf will now both be released on February 9. Anime Limited's full release schedule at present is as follows:

January 19 - The Dangers in My Heart - Blu-ray

January 26 - Lupin Zero, as a Collector's Blu-ray with a 32-page booklet, and also a standard Blu-ray edition.

January 26 - Wolf Children - a 4K Deluxe Edition, including the film on 4K UHD Blu-ray, standard Blu-ray and standard DVD discs. It will also include a bonus disc (with a "making of" featurette and an on-stage presentation event with the director and cast); an acrylic stand, and a series of art cards.

There will also be standard DVD and Blu-ray editions of Wolf Children, as well as a retail-wide "4K UHD + Blu-ray Steelbook Edition."

January 26 - Otaku Elf, standard Blu-ray.

February 9 - The Place Promised in Our Early Days, as a Steelbook edition, including the film on both Blu-ray and DVD, as well as a CD of the film's soundtrack.

February 9 - Otaku Elf, Collector's Blu-ray (pictured left) including 20-page art booklet and two art cards

February 23 - Love Live! Superstar!! Season 3, as a Collector's Blu-ray with a 12-page booklet, and also a standard Blu-ray edition.

February 23 - Naruto Shippūden - Collector's Edition Blu-ray Set 1, including episodes 1-25, four art cards and a storage box for volumes 2 to 5. There will also be a standard Blu-ray edition.
