Plot Summary:
Retsu seiba and Go seiba and their friends (The TRFVictorys) have to partcipate in a world championship race of cars known as mini 4 wd, they have to race againts other countries to win the cup and to improve the reptutation of the japan ( where the mini 4 where created) and to do so they have to race against many fierce teans as Rosso Strada( Italy) and the Eisen wolf ( German).
