This has got to be the very best anime I've EVER seen. My Freshman College Roomate, pretty much forced me to watch it. I was resitant due to it's aparent superficial similarities to other anime I won't watch, like anything involving Gundams... but boy am I glad I did. This is NOT just a mecha anime... it's way waaaaaaaaay deeper than that. |

While I'm sure it was great before EoE came out... D&R is sort of a waste to watch now, since Death Recaps the Series... and Rebirth is the first half of EoE. Still there is a small amount of footage in Death that's not in anything else. |

Saw part of this at Genericon 2004, and purchased the whole series in the Dealer room. Though the episodes are short, the premise is adorable and Sakamoto Maaya is my favorite seiyuu. It’s not as existential as the anime I usually watch, but I love it anyway. |

I'm still not exactly sure what happened here... the screen in my friend (same one with the Sailor moon subs on VHS) room was too small to read the subtitles after her mom evicted us from her main TV room... this being back in the VHS days, we couldn't switch it to dub either. |

To be honest, I've mostly seen the Cartoon Network TV release of this... many moons ago. But I did enjoy it. Had a freind who seemed to know pretty much everything about the differences between the Japanees and english versions, and saw a few episodes in Japanees at her house. |
