You'll have your shot on Thursday 11:30 to make your own opinion. I thought it was pretty good, I'd give it a 0.9.
EDIT: Mis-type.

Ratings say otherwise. Last time I checked ATHF and Sealab were still going strong. Harvey Birdman did a 5.88 last week in the 18-34 demo, better than both Fullmetal Alchemist (4.07, Ghost in the Shell: SAC (searching), and InuYasha (3.47).
Robot Chicken. Teh c ool. |
i see Inuyasha's losing ratings. |
Well, they are old episodes. You see them once through you're just going to wait for the DVD, right?

Could your "street team" of bullshit advertisers get the hell off the forum? we know about the anime network, we had interviews with it's god damn director. GO AWAY.

Actually the Saturday episodes are repeats: the new eps. shown Mon-Wed at 12:30-3:30 EST are still going strong. I'll post numbers when I get 'em.

I haven't seen this show, but the director's interviewed on NPR's Fresh Air today. If you can't catch it on the radio you'll be able to download it off the NPR Fresh Air website.

I saw Robot Chicken last night (Thursday) and yes, it was extremely funny! The Optimus Prime/prostrate cancer segment was the best skit of the episode. I noticed that Seth MacFarlene did the voice of the newsreporter (his voice sounded like Tom Tucker of Family Guy). I also noticed that one of the producers of Robot Chicken is former Anime Insider editor Tom Root.
Overall, this has the potential to be a big hit on Adult Swim.

Tom wasn't that bad. They just needed to stop playing the same episode over and over.

OK. Let's talk about tonight's Robot Chicken. Did anyone checked out the Voltron parody where they were breakdancing? Classic!

I agree! It's kind of wierd to watch Family Guy at 11:45 EST.
