Yoko Ishida Proof of Life/"Anime TV" question

I've been listening to Yoko Ishida's album "Sweets" and I was wondering what series "Proof of Life" is from (if it's from a series?)--in the cd booklet it is listed as from "Anime TV" but I'm not sure what that is?

"Anime-TV"? Weird... seems like a show that does a feature on a particular show (story, cast, producers, seiyuu, etc.) Sorta like an "Entertainment Tonight" for anime? Maybe?

It's a great album. I hadn't heard "Proof of Life" before but it's quite a catchy song.
