I hope the former class VII members are permanent party members in the game, also still waiting on Valimar to show up in previews, I can imagine the mech look pretty slick on a PS4 game.

Oh Arceus, YES! I really hope the first two games did well enough for XSeed to bring over this one too! And the first Cold Steel game is getting a PC release soon, so maybe that will help boost sales numbers and ensure CS3 comes over here too!
