As if you could watch 80% of all anime out there to knew that number. Anime is so diverse that there's a lot more different genres out there to choose from, and even if a particular genre are pretty dead like space opera, horror, or whatever niche there is that existed, there's bound to be above 10 titles or so in each category. So, no, I don't believe this CGDCT genre comprised of said percentage.
