Seeing those diagrams of work schedules in Japanese manga, I've always wondered: how in the hell do some people manage to do more than one series at a time? I can kind of get monthly series (or Fumi Yoshinaga, who has one monthly and one every other month series right now), but add any weekly series into that, and I'm just looooost on how they do it. Like, I know Tezuka did it, but his detail work wasn't as strong as modern series were (also, he could afford like, 10 assistants to fill in everything, I'd wager very few modern mangaka could have anywhere near that many, except maybe Eiichiro Oda)

The fact that the co-screenwriter is supervising this series essentially shoots down the argument of "this event wouldn't happen in the trilogy's canon".

Now this is a Back to the Future remake I can bet behind!

I can only assume this will be picked up for release in English like, yesterday. Artist of One Punch Man + BTTF? It's guaranteed to sell a truckload.

Back to the Future has long been my favourite film, so I'd love to read this. I hope somebody picks it up for an English release.

Considering the mangaka, I expect the scene where Marty’s dad punches Biff in the car to be drawn quite extravagantly Laughing

It be really cool if Murata changed the art style of Marty's girlfriend in between the two movies, one Claudia Wells, the other Elisabeth Shue. Also make sure they stay taller than him! Laughing

To understand Marty, Doc and Hill Valley, you have to understand the 50's.
(Living in the Reagan era during 1985 considerably helped.)

...Japan NEVER experienced the 50's. They went from postwar to the whitebread 60's, with nothing in between.

I’m glad that it’s being made into a manga series instead of a crappy pc adaptation by idw or marvel. Very Happy

Let's hope Truck-kun does sell well.
