Riki (MC) in Little Busters! anime comes to mind first. And Ryuunoske from Sakura-sou no Pet na Kanojo. Though, they have pretty effiminite look (especially the second one), both are still boys. |

I'll let the author get away with saying she's a dwarf (since she's far below 4'10'') if she acts like an adult. But if she acts like a teenager then we'll know exactly what the author was really going for.

I have no problem with characters being of different heights. It's a stylistic choice. And even if it wasn't, I'd still wouldn't have any problem with it... |

I mean... who are we kidding, the heroine is small and looks youthful because that's what the author and the target demographics find cute, and because the immense height/body difference between her and the obviously super big main guy is the basis of the dynamics between them. Trying to find excuses is pointless.
Personally I'm not bothered that much, since it doesn't seem like we're expected to parse her as looking like an actual middle-schooler or below, - alright, I take this back, apparently she's often mistaken for an elementary school girl, which is... yeah, OK, I guess this manga is not going to do much to not play tropes super straight, she's a tsundere with a trigger but is also Very Inexperienced With Romance because that's how she'll go dere for our main guy. I just hope the show is not going to end up being really boring with such a lead. Anyway, -- she doesn't seem to be sexualized, in fact somewhat refreshingly none of the female characters do... so far. The moment they start commenting on one another's breast sizes I'm out. But for now I'm actually a lot more bothered by that stupid permablush, I hate it so much. |

I'd presume that as well seeing as each chapter is typically only a few pages (usually 4 I think). They'd probably have to re-work it if they wanted to make it longer and string together several stories. |

I feel like this is getting a LOT of promotion and hype for something that would only run a couple of minutes long. It might end up having full-length episodes? Or half-length at least.
