Despite how much of a cultural icon he is and how much I'm into the Kamen Rider franchise, I don't think I ever really knew what he was like outside of his role as Hongo. It's great to see he's such a cool and sweet man!

I guess the closest comparison here would be Adam West, who spent much of his career post-Batman basically playing a version of the same character. But it’s not like the Segata Sanshiro ads and Rescue Fire we’re the only other gigs he’s had. I’m glad he sees it as more than a meal ticket.
