Also why I'm not interested in it at all, but hopefully it's a good adaptation for those who like it

Honestly the spoilers got me interested; the synopsis is definitely pretty misleading and turned me way off since this seemed like a fairly fetishistic idol-themed reincarnation story.

This show's character designs are so unsettling, even if that was the original designer's intention.

One detail that grabbed me while reading the preview: in the manga spoiler[the murderer "kills himself" and the police later finds his lifeless body], while in the anime spoiler[he gets caught alive]. I wonder why's the drastic change? After all, spoiler[dead people can't talk], so it's either an overlook or a deliberate move to differentiate itself as an adaptation.

spoiler[The so-called "spoilers" are actually a red herring; not saying more!]

It sounds like this is less of a "dark look at the entertainment industry" and more of a spoiler[supernatural murder mystery. A child actor getting noticed because he's literally an adult in a child's body sounds too fantastical to be commentary on anything].
The rest of the plot aside, there's just something inherently weird about male gynecologists. I guess that's intentional here? |

It is a take on the industry as it’s the story of the twins

May differ depending on where you live, but male OB-GYNs are pretty typical? Only thing that was weird to me was the fandom aspect on top of it. |

Same in my area and when I lived in Tokyo pretty sure all 3 I saw were male. Wasn’t too happy about that |

Yeah, here in Texas it's mostly men that become gynecologist lol |
