I have been wanting to purchase a weekly Shonen Jump Subscription from Japan but i cannot find the correct website for it does anyone know where i can subscribe?

Your best bet is to try to subscribe though a 3rd party service. If you have a local Japanese community, it's possible that a local supermarket might deal in magazine imports. It also looks like this might be a good deal:
http://www.fujisan.com/control/category/~category_id=1799?CURRENT_CATALOG_ID=magazine Shipping is going to kill you regardless if you can't find it locally. Those phone books weigh too much.  Another option might be Kinokuniya or OCS (probably also too expensive).
