Beat Crusaders Question

I enjoy the Beat Crusaders, but I'm especially fond of their song "We're All Alone" because of the singer. I'm pretty sure he's a different vocalist instead of their main one, but I can't find any information on who he might be. Would anyone happen to know?

I have this album and I'm pretty sure it's the same vocalist as always. Are you sure it doesn't just sound different because he's singing a bit more expressively than usual?

This is a really great cover of this song though.

The chorus is definitely Hidaka. I assume the rest is as well.
