This list seems so wrong. Where's One Piece ? Precure? Toriko ? Magi ? .____.

Given the time period in question, probably on hiatus.

Yeah, if you watched One Piece simulcasted, you would've ended up knowing that no episode aired since it was right before new years eve and new years. I imagine this was the same for a bunch of shows.

It probably helped it was a Christmas episode, otherwise I doubt it would've out ranked the other two Western properties. In fact, the ratings for these particular shows are lower than normal (even Sazae-san was affected).
Generally speaking though, Curious George tends to occasionally sneak itself into the top 10, while Shaun the Sheep will do it rarely.

A lot of anime usually take the last week of the year off. And even then, the ratings took a big hit for what some of those shows usually get; like Sazae-san and Conan.

A 3% rating is nothing to celebrate at. That's pretty lame. An average of 6 or 7% however...........

Yeah, I am sure everyone who rated lower would want to have that rating. Specially, all those animes which didn't enter into the top 10.
