It seems like this short manga isn't listed anywhere.

I think it deserves a slot considering it was dubbed to Spain spanish:

"dubbed" is for video material only. manga is "translated". If it's missing, just press the Add an Anime button on the encyclopedia. As a URL, you could provide the Wikipedia entry for it.

tempest, if you read the wiki page I linked, that's a collection of episodes that have been cut out GITS2. So imho GITS1.5 should probably have its own page and just be considered as "related" to GITS2.
