That practically an exact synopsis of Masou Gakuen HxH, granted it's not to say it's that story is original, but I can't help but draw parallels due to the name having Hx also in the title, even the Eros part, like come on

I think the exact same thing. Sounds like it's an attempt to jump on the bandwagon (albeit quite late). The big question is whether it owns the ero-ness (like HxH did) or it wimps out and goes the 'nothing actually happens despite being set up for things to happen' like many series have done.
If it owns the pervertedness and actually has stuff properly happen, i might watch it. If it wimps out, that'll be a big nope for me.
