I've always wondered if there will ever be a show featuring street/pop dancing and now we finally get it. It only shows silhouettes, but it looks like CG, likely motion captured. Probably just as well, since complex moves are really really hard to do frame by frame. Most handdrawn shows nowadays use CG or vector animation (directly, or in-betweens, or traced over models).
