Ad skins not working in IE

The Kabukimonogatari ad skin isn't working as it should in IE. It works fine in Chrome, but IE the banner at top of the skin is full length and stretching the front page out and bringing everything with it. The other pages seem to be acting normal. I had to shrink the page to 50% to get as much as I could in and still had to scroll to the right and piece it together. You can see where on the right side the skin is overlapping content.

Changed the title because now it's the Naruto skin that isn't working:
