Freedom Wars PS Vita Game Slated for the West in October

This is a serious question not a troll. I notice ANN always makes these game announcement, and they state they are Sony announcements, but take Freedom Wars for example, its been known the game would be coming out on that date for well over a month, Amazon is one source, but several other gaming sites had the same news. So I am curious why ANN is always so behind on these announcements?

Once again, I am not calling out ANN on some slow journalism, just curious.

Amazon is not an official announcement. Sony only announced the release date yesterday.
