I hope everyone will forgive me but it seems like this series seems to be the Japanese version of "Cheers!" But,I doubt that this one has a former baseball player as the owner of this bar.

LOL, I had no clue they made a live action series out of Bar Lemon Heart. If anybody's read Japanese the Manga Way by Wayne Lammers, you'll remember that the manga is used numerous times to illustrate Japanese grammar explanations.
