Why does Sailor Moon have so many androgynous looking characters?

So Hawk's Eye will be voiced by Obito from Naruto and Fish's Eye will be voiced by Alibaba from Magi. No idea about Tiger's Eye's new VA though. Newcomer?

Because Naoko Takeuchi likes them, and Anime Mantra #23: "Kunihiko Ikuhara is weird." 
(If you think Haruka & Michiru got a little too much fan attention last season, I remember fangirls who wishfully thought the entire show revolved around Fish-Eye.) And darn, I got the Amazon Trio mixed up with the Amazoness [sic] Trio in Part 2, and wondered who would be playing Palla-Palla. |

New dub will bring an interesting take for Fish-eye, so interest in that.

It is, according to his encyclopedia entry here. I apparently haven't heard him enough or in anything he's been in. Interesting choice for Tiger's Eye. |

I'm not familiar with any of the SuperS casting choices so far, but I'm glad they're getting some new actors. R and S re-used some VAs who had already played characters in the Sailor Moon redub, so I'm glad they're starting to branch out.
Also, super excited to finally hear Fish's Eye with a male voice in an English dub.
