Given Asagi's game was originally slated as a PSP game in 2004, its entirely possible the mobile game has better graphics and similar or better gameplay. I just hope its an actual RPG game and not entirely dependent on character gachas and randomized elements like most mobile games.
Looking at the new video, the battle grid is only 6x6 and overlayed above a canned background image, which is disappointing if thats how all maps are. Modern mobile hardware should be able to handle regular maps since they did it on the PS2 15 years ago, and even ported LaPucelle to PSP.
