Xenoblade X is one of the few reasons I still have my Wii U hooked up. It's such an amazing game. I'd personally prefer a sequel considering how much potential the ending had and the whole game felt like it was building up a universe and world to have adventures in.

I would rather have a HD port of Xenoblade Chronicles. X is alright, but the missions get repetitive and levelling up the affinity takes forever.

I want more Wii U to Switch ports in general, I don't have a Wii U and I'm planning on picking up a Switch soon so it'd be nice to have the games I missed out on like Bayonetta 2, XCX, Wonderful 101, and DKC Tropical Freeze on a more powerful system.

If they actually port, it'll actually be a good chance to fix the story. A lot of it could use some smoothing out.

As a long time Xeno fan, I was actually quite disappointed in X. The huge, immersive world was great and the flying mechanic felt fantastic, but in the end both the open-world and battle system mechanics just sucked and didn't have a very strong focus on story and characters (and the cliffhanger in the end didn't help either). I am definitely glad that XC2 is going back to a more story-focused experience and hopefully will be a return to glory.

If they do that, they need to revert every change they made to it. Only then will I buy it.

Switch isn't really that much more powerful.

I picked up Xenoblade X when it launched. Got the special edition.

It's still in my closet. I haven't even opened it yet.

...And today I bought Xenoblade Chronicals 2. (Special edition)

I think I might have a problem.
