The tails look look awful imo. They look like plastic. Also people clothes?? what.
That said, I'm all for boosting the popularity of mermaids in anime because there aren't enough. |

The director of Dog Days is doing this, this could have some fanservice in it. What's up with those tails? They look extraordinarily tacky like a part of an outfit that was rejected at the last minute from being shown at Paris Fashion Week.
