It's indeed a new opening sequence, but not the first new one since 1988. The opening sequence has changed quite often over the years.

Nonetheless, the images from the Comic Natalie article look really nice, especially the one with the Yanase rabbit. Smile

I wonder if the sponsor screen will get a new visual to go along with the new opening sequence.
